We also stock a variety of vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products, and heartworm preventives to meet the needs of your pet, in addition to a full line of prescription diet foods.
Pet Portals
For safe, convenient online prescription refills delivered to your door, we offer Pet Portals: a private website that gives you secure online access to your pet’s health information. We provide Pet Portals free of charge to all clients who have active email addresses. Note: To refill your prescriptions online, you must have a Pet Portal.
Here are the three ways you can set up your Pet Portal:
- Online—Just click on the Pet Portal button at the top of this page and follow instructions.
- In person—Visit our hospital and give the receptionist your email address.
- Phone—Call us on the phone and give us your email address.
Once you provide us with your email address, you’ll receive your password by email. We use your email address as your Pet Portal sign-in name. You have the option of receiving your pet’s service reminders (vaccinations, exams, and so on) by email. We also use your email address to contact you about practice updates and important health news, such as information about pet food recalls.
If you’d prefer not to receive emails from us, you can use your Pet Portal to change your email preferences. You will still be able to use your Pet Portal, even if you choose not to receive emails from us. We do not sell our mailing list. We do not disclose your personal information.
